Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging
  4. Include the return authorization form in your package
  5. Ship the package using the provided return label

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or engraved items (unless defective)
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items returned after 30 days

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We'll process the exchange once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We'll provide a prepaid return label for defective items or orders shipped in error.
